What we build, with AI

Built with AI. Built to run on AI.

Consulting first, then process mapping, then software. We use AI to build faster and we embed AI inside what we build, so it can read, decide, and act. AI agents, workflow automation, integrations, custom software, and AI cost optimization for businesses that need results they can measure.

How we work

Consulting. Process mapping. Software.

Before we build anything, we learn how your business runs. Most of the value is in that order: the right software comes from understanding the work, not the other way round.

  1. 1

    Consulting

One to five days, on site or remote. We interview the people who own each workflow and the people who do the work, and we sit with the systems they actually use: the spreadsheets, the inbox rules, the handoffs, the exceptions nobody wrote down.

  2. 2

    Process mapping

You get a written map of how the work flows today, where time and money leak, and where AI fits and where it does not. Each recommendation comes with what to build first, why, and an agreed-price quote for it.

  3. 3

    Software

We build it, with AI and with AI inside it. You see working software early, the scope stays in writing, and at the end you own a system that runs without us.

The introductory call is only to decide whether the consulting engagement makes sense for you. The consulting is scoped and quoted separately.

Consulting and Process Mapping

Every engagement starts here unless you already know exactly what you need. In one to five days we interview stakeholders across the business, from the owner to the people doing the work, and walk the real workflows end to end. The deliverable is a written process map: how work flows today, where it leaks time and money, where AI fits, where it does not, and what to build first with an agreed-price quote attached. You can take that document and act on it with us or without us.

AI Agents and Assistants

An agent is only useful if it does a specific job reliably. We start by picking that job: answering first-line customer questions, sorting and routing an inbox, drafting proposals from your templates, pulling numbers from three systems into one morning report. Then we build it on Claude or OpenAI, connect it to your data, and measure it against the job before it goes live. Every agent ships with a clear boundary around what it can do on its own and what it hands to a person.

Workflow Automation

Most businesses lose their week to handoffs: a quote that has to be retyped into the invoice system, onboarding steps that live in someone's head, follow-ups that happen when somebody remembers. We map the process, then wire it together across the tools you already pay for, with code where the off-the-shelf tools run out. Where a step needs judgment, an AI model does it: Jev for the fast structured calls, classifying a request, scoring a lead, picking a route, and a frontier model where something has to be written. A person reviews only what the models are unsure about. The result runs on its own and tells you when it needs attention.

Integrations and APIs

Connecting systems is the work Bridge has done longest. We have integrated with national consumer-finance companies, retail point-of-sale systems, CRMs, ERPs, and payment processors, and we write APIs that other companies build on. Today that includes connecting AI to your systems: giving an agent safe, scoped access to your data and tools so it can act, not just answer. If two systems need to talk, we make them, and if one of them is an AI, we make sure it only does what it should.

AI Cost Optimization

Plenty of companies built their first AI feature on a frontier chat model, shipped it, and then met the invoice. When we look inside those pipelines, most of the calls are not asking for prose. They are asking for a decision: which category, which queue, what score, which fields, allowed or not. A chat model answers those slowly, expensively, and in free text you then have to parse and check.

We rebuild those steps on Jev, TypeSafe AI's System One model. Jev returns a typed answer from a set you define, with a calibrated confidence score, in roughly 70 to 500 milliseconds, at about $0.04 per million input tokens. It cannot produce an output you did not allow. We keep the frontier model for the work that needs it, writing and reasoning, and route only the low-confidence cases there. The product does the same job, usually faster and with fewer surprises, and the bill drops by one or two orders of magnitude.

Custom Software and SaaS

When nothing off the shelf fits, we build it: web applications, customer and partner portals, internal tools, and complete products. Every project is built with AI in the loop, which means faster delivery without a thinner result, and most of what we build now has AI inside it: search that understands questions, documents that draft themselves, dashboards that explain the numbers. We have also taken over projects that other teams left half-finished and shipped them. If you have one of those, bring it.
